Caring Companies Share the Season
Tuesday, December 25, 2007
(Casey Cares Foundation) Barton Cotton, 1st Team Staffing,
Charlestown Retirement Homes and Micros Systems
employees opened their hearts to some very
special Casey Cares families this holiday
season. Company employees and residents
participated in the 2007 Holiday Sharing
Program by adopting several Casey Cares
families and purchasing holiday presents for
our critically ill children, their siblings and
even their parents! To make the holidays
even merrier, Charlestown Retirement Homes also
helped out by hosting a toy drive for Casey
Cares children. From new bikes and gift
cards to tickets to the Baltimore Aquarium, all
of these generous companies went above and
beyond to help make our families’ holidays a
little jollier.
The holidays are always an extremely difficult time for families that are coping with a child who is suffering from a critical illness. The season of giving often stretches their already tight budgets to their breaking points. These four kind companies truly made the holidays special for these deserving families.
