The Casey Cares Foundation Holiday Giving Program challenges employees, businesses, and community groups to establish their own special way to help raise money to support the Foundation’s unique programs, which include Birthday Blasts, Family Festivities, and Celebration Vacations. These heartwarming programs are offered to critically ill children and their families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to help ease the daily hardships they face. As holidays may be an extra stressful time for families with sick children, the programs provided by Casey Cares are particularly treasured by those that we serve.
This holiday season, our kind friends at MedStar Health, Appleseed Healthcare Resources, Practice Management Partners, Design by Five, and TESSCO Technologies all returned as contributors. A number of companies were new to join in our worthy cause this year, including Bozzuto Acquisitions Co., The American Legion, Spears/Votta & Associates Inc., Ravens Roost #97, Frito-Lay Inc., Ascend One Corporation, and Cole Roofing Co.
Over $20,000 was raised in support of our programs for this year’s campaign. Our deepest thanks to each and every company and individual that helped make our 2007 Holiday Giving Program such a success. Your participation and generosity played a very special part in creating wonderful holiday memories for many brave children here at Casey Cares.
